To ensure the smooth completion of cable construction, timely resolution of various issues arising during construction, and proper installation and safe operation of cable lines, this laying manual has been prepared in accordance with the national standards GB/T12706-2020 (Power Cables with Extruded Insulation Rated 35 kV and Below and Their Accessories) and GB50168-2018 (Code for Construction and Acceptance of Cable Lines), as well as GB50150-2016.
Recently, the Testing Center of Jiaozuo Hanhe Cable Co., Ltd. received excellent news: it successfully passed the on-site assessment conducted by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and has been awarded the qualification of a nationally accredited laboratory. This achievement not only signifies that the company’s Testing Center has reached a new level in terms of management standards, technical capabilities, and testing authority, but also adds a highly valuable “golden credential” to the company’s product quality and brand credibility.
I. Overcome difficulties and go all out to prepare for the review.
Over the past period, the Testing Center of Jiaozuo Company has faced tremendous challenges. With a total of six testers across two testing sites, they’ve been working overtime and giving their all to prepare for the assessment and application process, despite being tasked with inspecting an average of 960 finished products each month. From restructuring the system of the “Quality Manual” and “Procedural Documents” to meticulously refining hundreds of record forms; from standardizing the laboratory environment to precisely calibrating every piece of equipment and instrument—since the start of the application preparation, all members of the Testing Center have swiftly entered a state of full-scale “combat readiness.” With a strong sense of responsibility and professional dedication, they have laid a solid foundation for the smooth progress of the assessment work.
II. Promote professionalism and advance together through team collaboration.
Under the leadership of Technical Director Liu Anna and Quality Manager Yan Shasha, the Testing Center team has transformed the stringent requirements of the CNAS standards into every solid step of their daily work. They move tirelessly among piles of documents and materials, carefully scrutinizing every word and detail in pursuit of perfection. Faced with challenges, the Testing Center team has never complained—only stepped up to the task; they’ve never shied away—only moved forward. They have consistently upheld the principles of “science, fairness, accuracy, and efficiency,” and this unwavering commitment has laid a firm foundation for ultimate success.
During the preparation for the assessment, all members of the Testing Center demonstrated a high level of professionalism and strong team spirit. They conducted more than 20 intensive training sessions to continuously enhance their professional expertise. At the assessment site, thanks to their standardized procedures and comprehensive operational records—including method validation records, in-service verification records, and training records—they earned unanimous recognition from the assessment experts.
III. A New Beginning of Honor—Steadfastly Moving Forward with Determination and Perseverance
This honor belongs to every single member of the Testing Center team—each one has contributed their wisdom, perseverance, and hard work to achieve this remarkable success. However, obtaining CNAS accreditation is not the end point; rather, it marks a brand-new starting line. All members of the Testing Center will take this as fresh motivation, continue upholding the craftsman’s spirit of relentless pursuit of excellence, and keep striving for even greater achievements. They will firmly support the company’s grand vision, provide customers with more trustworthy and authoritative services, and continue writing ever more brilliant chapters on the journey toward high-quality development.
